Early access
Joining the early-access list is not a purchase and does not create a subscription or guarantee access. We will contact you as capacity allows. Founding Shop pricing is limited to the first 20 participating shops and we will say clearly whether a place is available before anyone pays anything.
Tolerant is unfinished software under active development. Descriptions of what it does on this site reflect what we are building, and features may change.
Your data
You own your data. When the application is available, you will be able to export your information, and we will not claim ownership of your customer information, drawings, pricing or quotes. How we handle information collected by this website is described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to this site or its systems, and do not submit other people's information to the early-access form without their knowledge.
Availability
This site and any early-access software are provided as-is, without warranty. We run on a single server during early access and make no uptime promise at this stage. We will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are our current intention and may change before general availability. Nothing here is an offer to contract at a fixed price. Anyone we invite will see the actual price before being asked to pay.
Changes
We may update these terms as Tolerant develops. The last-updated date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Material changes affecting people on the early-access list will be sent by email.
