What we collect
If you submit the early-access form, we store the email address you enter, the shop name if you provide one, the time you submitted it, and which page you submitted it from. The shop name is optional; the email address is not, because it is the only way we can contact you.
Our web server keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses. We use them to keep the site available and to rate limit abuse of the signup form.
Why we collect it
The email address exists so we can tell you when Tolerant is ready for a shop like yours, and to ask you questions while we build it. The shop name helps us understand who is interested. That is the whole purpose.
What we don't do
- This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
- It loads no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. Fonts are served from our own server.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
- We do not add you to a marketing sequence or a newsletter you did not ask for.
- We do not use your email address to build a profile of you anywhere else.
Where it is stored
Early-access signups are stored in Tolerant's own PostgreSQL database on a server we operate in the United States. Encrypted backups of that database are stored with Cloudflare R2. Access to both is limited to Tolerant's operator.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access signups until Tolerant leaves early access or until you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then rotated away.
Your choices
Email us and we will tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need an account, a form, or a reason. We will action a deletion request promptly and confirm when it is done.
